We've combined an invigorating blend of natural elder flower, chamomile, passion flower, and peppermint leaf with licorice and marshmallow root, and spiced it up with coriander and fennel. 

We think the herbs and spices in this tea blend that will help fortify you through these cold, dreary months. 

Caffeine-Free

Ingredients: Elder flower, chamomile, passion flower, peppermint leaf, coriander seed, fennel seeds, licorice root, and marshmallow root.

Brewing Instructions: Steep one tea sachet in 8 oz of hot water for 5-6 minutes; steep longer for stronger flavor.
